He built it over years — starting at entry level in the direct marketing industry, learning the craft from the ground up, earning promotions through performance, and developing a deep understanding of what it takes to build a team that actually produces.
When the opportunity came to bring that experience to Sacramento and build something from scratch, Jaylon didn't hesitate. Prestigious Management is the culmination of everything he learned along the way — a company built around the belief that people with drive deserve a real shot at something great.
His approach is hands-on, direct, and rooted in the same values he used to advance his own career: show up, stay coachable, and never stop growing.
